Delivery & Setup
Morgan’s Signature Affairs Party Rentals offers delivery and setup services for an additional fee. Delivery fees are determined based on the event location, order size, and any special delivery requirements.
Scheduling Delivery
- All delivery requests must be arranged and confirmed in advance.
- Delivery dates and times will be agreed upon at the time of booking and included in the rental contract.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the event address, contact information, and any site-specific instructions.
Customer Responsibilities
- The renter or a designated responsible adult (18 years of age or older) must be present at the delivery location to receive and inspect all rental items.
- The delivery area must be accessible, safe, and free of obstacles that could prevent timely delivery or setup.
- Any delays caused by restricted access, inaccurate information, or an unavailable contact person may result in additional fees.
Delivery Conditions
- Rental items will be delivered in clean, functional, and event-ready condition.
- Upon delivery, the renter is encouraged to inspect all items and report any concerns immediately.
- Once delivery is completed, responsibility for the rented items transfers to the renter until all items are returned or picked up by Morgan’s Signature Affairs Party Rentals.
Setup Services
- Setup services, when purchased, include the placement and arrangement of rental items as agreed upon in advance.
- Any changes requested upon arrival that differ from the original agreement may be subject to additional charges.
Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
While every effort will be made to deliver on time, Morgan’s Signature Affairs Party Rentals is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to severe weather, traffic accidents, road closures, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
Additional Delivery Charges
Additional fees may apply for:
- Deliveries outside the standard service area
- Deliveries requiring stairs or extended carrying distances
- After-hours, holiday, or expedited deliveries
- Customer-requested schedule changes after confirmation
Delivery Acceptance
Acceptance of delivered rental items constitutes acknowledgment that the items were received in satisfactory condition and that the renter agrees to the terms outlined in the rental contract.
